浅谈建立个人健康档案过程中的信息收集工作——基于基层社区的视角

摘　　要：在社区中建立个人健康档案是一件具有重大意义的事,为完成这个课题,首先需对建立档案的第一个环节——信息收集工作进行研究。本文首先对个人健康信息的含义进行阐述,明确个人健康信息的形成需由患者和患者就诊的医疗机构共同形成;其次本文阐述建立以基层社区为单元的个人健康档案收集保管工作的可行性与必要性。在本文的第三部分,笔者探讨了基层社区进行个人健康信息收集时可能存在的问题,包括群众支持程度较低影响收集工作的展开;收集过程中工作效率低下;居民提供的原始个人健康信息存在问题;个人健康信息收集成本较高等问题,针对这些问题,笔者提出可采取加大宣传力度;建立和完善相关规章制度;加大非专业人员培训力度,提高工作人员素质;采用多种信息采集方式;做好一定的信息鉴定和信息整理工作等措施来解决。It is of great significance to establish personal health archives in the community.In order to complete this topic,the first step of the establishment of archives-information collection work should be studied.In this paper,the meaning of personal health information is explained briefly,and the formation of personal health information requires the joint formation of patients and medical institutions.Then,in the second part of this paper,the author discuss the possible problems in the collection of personal health information in grassroots communities,including the influence of the low level of public support on the collection;Low work efficiency in the collection process;Problems with the original personal health information provided by residents;The cost of collecting personal health information is relatively high.In view of these problems,the author propose to strengthen publicity.Establish and improve the relevant rules and regulations;Strengthen the training of non-professional personnel,improve the quality of staff;Adopting various information acquisition methods;In the process of information collection,it is also necessary to take measures such as information identification and information collation.
