摘　　要：研究生是国家的高层次人才,是建设社会主义强国的生力军,其就业现状已成为衡量高校研究生培养质量的重要指标之一。一直以来,高校、科研院所、机关事业单位等用人单位都是研究生就业的首选之地。通过研究南京农业大学研究生的就业心理、就业数据、就业现状,了解到研究生就业心理是影响其就业质量的重要因素之一。高校教育应重视对研究生就业心理进行指导,在研究生的培养环节中增加相应的选修课或者讲座,为提高研究生就业质量、拓宽就业面提供帮助。Graduate students are high-level talents,and they are a new force in building a powerful socialist country.Their employment status has become one of the important indicators to measure the training quality of graduate students in colleges and universities.For a long time,colleges,universities,scientific research institutes,and government institutions have been the first choice for graduate employment.Through the research of the employment psychology,the employment data and the employment status of our university,we know that the graduate employment psychology is one of the important factors affecting graduate employment quality.Higher education should pay attention to the guidance of graduate students’employment psychology,and add corresponding elective courses or lectures in the training of graduate students,so as to provide help to improve the quality of graduate employment and broaden the scope of graduate students’employment.
