摘  要:为了研究不锈钢2^(#)冷线退火炉仪表测量系统问题,从氧化锆氧含量分析仪安装及输出信号、加热室压力控制方式、仪表供电方式、信号电缆敷设情况和AI模板配置五方面进行分析研究,获得氧化锆氧含量分析仪探头位置烟气流动性差、压力控制过程设定值选择不当、信号电缆直接敷设于退火炉炉顶上方辐射热造成电缆绝缘损坏和信号回路未设置隔离装置的结论,最终从氧分析仪引流装置调整、压力控制方式优化、信号回路加装隔离装置、重新选择路由敷设电缆四个方面提出解决对策。In order to study the instrument measurement system of stainless steel 2^(#)Cold Line annealing furnace,the installation and output signal of the zirconia oxygen content analyzer,the pressure control mode of the heating chamber,the power supply mode of the instrument,the laying of the signal cable and the configuration of the AI template are analyzed,the conclusions are obtained that the probe position of the zirconia oxygen content analyzer is poor in smoke fluidity,the setting value of pressure control process is improper,the signal cable is laid directly on the top of the annealing furnace to radiate heat,the cable insulation is damaged and the signal circuit is not equipped with isolation device.Finally,the solutions are put forward from four aspects:the adjustment of the drainage device of oxygen analyzer,the optimization of the pressure control mode,the installation of the isolation device in the signal loop,and the re-selection of the route and the laying of the cable.
