摘 要:为研究盐田正坑水库的健康风险情况,根据2016~2019年监测数据,采用水质标识指数法,选取溶解氧、高锰酸钾指数、总氮等15项指标评价水库水质,并采用美国EPA的健康风险评价模型评价人体健康风险。结果表明,正坑水库综合情况为Ⅱ类水。单个指标来看,总氮是主要影响成分,其次为总磷。致癌风险远大于非致癌风险,Cr^(6+)是潜在的污染因子,各非致癌物风险处于可忽略水平;男性健康总风险小于女性健康总风险,女性更容易暴露在风险中;四年内健康风险水平总体趋势稳定,小于5×10^(-5)a^(-1)(ICRP推荐),处于可接受水平。分析认为水源地应该加强对Cr^(6+)监管,并防止氮磷污染。To study the health risk of Zhengkeng Reservoir in Yantian, this paper used the water quality labeling index method to evaluate the water quality according to 15 indexes such as dissolved oxygen, potassium permanganate index, and the total nitrogen from the monitoring data of the reservoir from 2016-2019. The human health risk was evaluated using the health risk evaluation model of the US EPA. The results show that the comprehensive situation of Zhengkeng Reservoir is Class Ⅱ. In terms of individual indicators, the total nitrogen is the main influencing component, followed by the total phosphorus. The carcinogenic risk is far greater than the non-carcinogenic risk, hexavalent chromium is a potential pollution factor, and the non-carcinogenic risk values can be ignored. The total health risk of men is less than that of women, and women are more likely to be exposed to risk. The overall trend of health risk levels within four years remained stable, and it is less than 5×10^(-5)a^(-1)(ICRP recommendation), which is at an acceptable level. We should strengthen the supervision of hexavalent chromium, and prevent the pollution of nitrogen and phosphorus.
