摘 要:为解决感潮河段水资源调度问题,将感潮河段概化为一个“柔性淡水水库”,并构建水位库容曲线和泄流能力曲线。在此基础上,分别以经济效益、社会效益和生态效益为目标,建立了一个基于“柔性淡水水库”的潮闸泵多目标优化调度模型,该模型的优势是将复杂的水动力学问题转化为水文问题进行水资源调度,减少模型耦合的复杂度。韩江—榕江—练江水资源调度系统决策的实例应用表明,该模型可为感潮河段地区水资源调度提供有用的建模工具。In order to solve the problem of water resources regulation in tidal reach, this study generalized the tidal reach as a "flexible fresh water reservoir", and constructed the characteristic curves of "flexible fresh water reservoir", including water level storage capacity curve and discharge capacity curve. On this basis, a multi-objective optimal operation model based on "flexible fresh water reservoir" was established with the objectives of economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits respectively. The advantage of this model was to transform the complex hydrodynamic problems into hydrological problems for water resources scheduling and reduce the complexity of the model coupling. The application of Hanjiang-Rongjiang-lianjiang water resources dispatching system shows that the model can provide a useful modeling tool for water resources dispatching in tidal reach.
