摘  要:水泵水轮机具有独特的四象限全特性曲线,发生甩负荷时,机组将在特性曲线上经过多种工作区域,而不同的关闭规律会使过渡过程参数发生改变,甩负荷时将对机组运行轨迹线产生影响。为此,基于国内某中低水头抽蓄电站,考虑分析不同关闭规律下,机组在特性曲线上的运行轨迹变化,分析了其对过渡过程参数变化的影响。结果表明,过渡过程参数的变化与机组轨迹线在不同区域运行情况紧密相关;随着关闭时间的增加,轨迹线逐渐向右移动,进而增加了机组在水轮机区和制动区的运行时间,从而使转速上升率更高,蜗壳和尾水压力极值更安全;过慢关闭导叶将使机组在大开度下进入“倒S区”,因而压力脉动明显,采用合理的“先快后慢”关闭规律可使机组以较小开度进入“倒S区”,从而减小压力脉动。The Pumped Storage Plant(PSP) has unique full characteristic curve. In case of load rejection, the unit will pass through a variety of working areas on the curve, and different closing rules will change the parameters of the transient process. The closing rule of guide vane will affect the operation trajectory of the unit. Based on a low and medium head PSP in China, this paper considered the change of unit operation trajectory on the curve under different closing rules, and analyzed the influence on the change of transient process parameters. The results show that the parameters are closely related to the operation of unit trajectory in different areas;With the increase of closing time, the trajectory line gradually moves to the big opening, which increases the operation time in the turbine area and braking area so that the speed rise rate is higher and the maximum of volute and minimum of tailrace pressure are safer;Closing the guide vane too slowly will make the unit enter the "inverted S zone" with large opening, so the pressure pulsation is obvious. Adopting the reasonable "fast first and then slow" closing rule can make the unit enter the "inverted S zone" with small opening, so as to reduce the pressure pulsation.
