摘　　要：我国非公经济对共同富裕影响作用既关系到新时代社会主义现代化强国建设的目标取向,又是中国特色社会主义经济建设的组成部分,同时也是推动共同富裕得到实质性进展的内在要求。基于马克思主义观点,构建我国非公经济与共同富裕关系的三重逻辑,得出我国非公经济对共同富裕的促进作用在于以中国特色社会主义经济制度环境为前提条件,以非公经济内生社会主义因素为内在机理,以员工持股等形式的企业制度创新为作用路径。我国非公经济在社会主义经济制度、马克思主义主流意识形态、政府宏观调控的规范和引导下,其内生的社会主义因素得以凝结和展现,进而对共同富裕起到推动作用。因此,解析三重逻辑下我国非公经济对共同富裕的影响作用,既有利于在新发展阶段更好地鼓励、支持、引导非公经济发展,同时也有助于推动实现共同富裕的社会主义本质要求。The impact of China’s non-public economy on common prosperity is not only related to the goal orientation of building a strong socialist modernization country in the new era, but also an integral part of the socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics, as well as an inherent requirement for promoting substantial progress in common prosperity. Based on the logic of Marxism, this paper constructs the triple logic of the relationship between non-public economy and common prosperity in China, and concludes that the role of non-public economy in promoting common prosperity lies in the premise of the socialist economic system environment with Chinese characteristics.It takes the endogenous socialist factors of non-public economy as the internal mechanism and the enterprise system innovation in the form of employee stock ownership as the path of action. Under the guidance of the socialist economic system, the mainstream ideology of Marxism and the government’s macro-control, the endogenous socialist factors of China’s non-public economy can be condensed and displayed, thus promoting common prosperity. Therefore, the analysis of the influence of non-public economy on common prosperity under the triple logic will not only help to encourage, support and guide the development of non-public economy in the new stage of development, but also help to promote the realization of the socialist essential requirement of common prosperity.
