摘 要:目的:建立北败酱(山苦荬)药材的质量标准,为合理开发利用北败酱(山苦荬)药材提供依据。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、TLC及HPLC等方法进行研究。结果:薄层鉴别北败酱(山苦荬)药材斑点清晰;对药材所含的木犀草苷进行了定量测定,木犀草苷在360 ng~2880 ng(r=0.9998)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.92%。结论:TLC和HPLC法专属性强,重复性和稳定性良好,可用于北败酱(山苦荬)药材的质量控制。Objective:To establish the quality standard of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai and provide the basis for the rational development and utilization of the herbs.Methods:Characterization,microscopic identification,TLC and HPLC methods were used for the study.Results:The TLC spots of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai were clear.The quantitative determination of Galuteolin contained in the herb was performed,and the linearity of Galuteolin was good in the range of 360 ng to 2880 ng(r=0.9998)with an average recovery of 98.92%.Conclusion:TCL and HPLC are characterized by high specificity,good repeatability,and stability,and can be used for the quality control of Ixeris chinensis(Thunb.)Nakai.
