《针灸大成》中承山穴临床应用浅析

摘　　要：《针灸大成》是我国最具影响力的针灸专著之一,为明代医家杨继洲所作。书中汇集了明代以前针灸各家的经验思想,较为全面地阐述了经络循行、定位、主治及操作,且载入歌赋,为后世提供了较为可靠的参考,对后世影响深远。通过梳理《针灸大成》中承山穴的相关记载,并对其穴位定位、操作手法及临床治疗进行总结,为临床承山穴的运用提供借鉴。Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(Zhenjiu Dacheng)is one of the most influential monographs on acupuncture and moxibustion in China,written by Yang Jizhou,a medical physician of the Ming Dynasty.It brings together the experiences and ideas of various schools of acupuncture and moxibustion before the Ming Dynasty,and provides a more comprehensive explanation of meridian circulation,localization,main treatment and operation.It contains songs and ode,which provide a more reliable reference for later generations and have a profound influence on later generations.By compiling relevant records of Chengshan acupoint(BL57)in Zhenjiu Dacheng and summarizing its acupuncture point positioning,manipulation and clinical treatment,we can provide reference for the clinical use of Chengshan acupoint.
