区域协调战略下长三角地区公共体育资源配置公平性研究

摘　　要：以长三角地区公共体育资源配置公平性为研究对象,采用文献分析法,阐释区域公共体育资源配置公平相关概念。同时,参照专家反馈意见和长三角公共体育资源配置实际,构建区域公共体育资源配置水平评价指标体系,选取相应指标并借助洛伦茨曲线和基尼系数,进行长三角公共体育人、财、物等资源配置水平分析。研究结果发现,水平差异的原因是:长三角公共体育资源配置顶层设计存在缺陷,资源整合流通不畅等。基于此,本文给出了公平配置优化策略。Taking the fairness of the allocation of public sports resources in Yangtze River Delta region as the research object by means of literature analysis,a study is made into the concepts of fair allocation of such resources in given areas.With reference to expert feedback and the actual allocation of public sports resources in the Yangtze River Delta,an evaluation index system for the allocation level of regional public sports resources is constructed,analysis being made by selecting appropriate indicators and use the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient.Causes for the level differences are found from such studies:top-level design flaws within this area,poor integration and circulation of resources.Strategic suggestions for fair allocation of such resources are made accordingly.
