摘 要:为了研究金花茶与不同树种混交的生长状况,以桂林市象山区同心村大洲岛试验地种植的红豆杉-金花茶、构树-金花茶为研究对象,对红豆杉、构树林分分别设置4个不同的郁闭度,每个郁闭度设3个样区,对金花茶的生长情况进行调查分析。结果表明:构树林郁闭度为0.30时,金花茶树高达299.21cm,显著高于其它7种郁闭度的树高平均值;单片叶面积为41.70cm^(2),高于其他7种郁闭度的平均值;金花茶蛋白质的质量分数平均值为0.062mg·g^(-1),与其他7种郁闭度的平均值存在显著差异。红豆杉、构树林的郁闭度为0.30时,金花茶平均冠径分别为181.95、202.28cm;金花茶单片鲜叶质量分别为2.03、2.10g,二者无显著差异;金花茶平均叶绿素质量分数分别为0.88、0.72mg·g^(-1),二者无显著差异,但与其他6种郁闭度的平均值差异显著。红豆杉郁闭度为0.30时,花芽分化量最高,花芽分化量为139.03个,与其它7种郁闭度有显著差异。因此,红豆杉与构树林不同郁闭度对金花茶的生长有较大影响,金花茶在红豆杉林下郁闭度为0.3~0.4条件下最适宜生长,构树林郁闭度为0.3条件下金花茶生长较好。In order to study the mixed growth of Camellia nitidissima with different tree species,Taxus chinensis-C.nitidissima and Broussonetia papyrifera-C.nitidissima were planted in Dazhou Island,Tongxin and Guilin.Four different canopy density were set up for T.chinensis and B.papyrifera,and three sample plots were set up for each canopy density to investigate and analyze the growth of C.nitidissima.The results showed that when canopy density of B.papyrifera was 0.30,the height of C.nitidissima was 299.21 cm,which was significantly higher than the average of the other sevencanopy density,and the single leaf area was 41.70 cm 2,which was higher than the average of the other sevencanopy density.The average protein content of C.nitidissima was 0.062 mg·g^(-1),which was significantly different from the average of the other sevencanopy density.When the canopy density of T.chinensis and B.papyrifera was 0.30,the average crown diameter was 181.95 and 202.28 cm,and the single leaf weight was 2.03 and 2.10 g.The average chlorophyll content of C.nitidissima was 0.88 and 0.72 mg·g^(-1),there was no significant difference between them,but there was significant difference between them and the other 6 canopy density.When the canopy density of T.chinensis was 0.30,the flower bud differentiation was the highest,and the flower bud differentiation was 139.03,which was significantly different from the other sevencanopy density.Therefore,the different canopy density of T.chinensis and B.papyrifera has a great influence on the growth of C.nitidissima.C.nitidissima is most suitable to grow under the condition of 0.3-0.4 canopy density of T.chinensis,under the condition of canopy density of B.papyrifera was 0.3,and the growth of C.nitidissima was better.
