摘  要:为了解CO_(2)摩尔分数升高条件下,三江平原不同季节中小型土壤动物的群落组成结构、多样性特征以及环境因子的驱动因素,以样地野外布置以及开顶式气室为研究对象,设置3个处理(CO_(2)摩尔分数分别为370、550、700μmol·mol^(-1)),每个处理设置3个重复采用,Tullgren干漏斗法对不同季节三江平原湿地不同处理条件下的中小型土壤动物群落进行调查,通过冗余分析探讨不同处理对中小型土壤动物的季节动态影响以及环境因子的驱动因素。结果表明:各处理不同季节共获得中小型土壤动物85类9848头,隶属于2门6纲16目(亚目)83科。以圆跳科(Sminthuridae)和摇蚊科幼虫(Chironomidae larvae)为优势类群,占总个体数的21.38%。不同季节中小型土壤动物个体数量和类群数均随CO_(2)摩尔分数升高而增加,并随CO_(2)摩尔分数升高物群落α多样性指数中大部分呈升高趋势。同时,CO_(2)摩尔分数、土壤有机质以及全磷质量分数对中小型土壤动物群落组成和分布影响较大。因此,CO_(2)摩尔分数升高影响中小型土壤动物群落组成、多样性的空间分布和季节动态。The objective of this study is to clarify the community composition,diversity characteristics and driving factors of meso-micro soil fauna in Sanjiang Plain under the conditions of elevated carbon dioxide concentrations in different seasons.Taking the field layout of the sample site and the open-top chamber as the research object,we set three treatments(370,550 and 700μmol·mol^(-1))with three reduplicates.Tullgren dry funnel method was used to investigate meso-micro soil fauna communities under conditions of elevated CO_(2)concentrations in different seasons.To explore the seasonal dynamic response and influencing factors of meso-micro soil fauna under elevated carbon dioxide concentrations via redundancy analysis(RDA).The results showed that 85 groups and 9848 individuals of meso-micro soil fauna were acquired in different seasons,which belonged to 2 phylum,6 classes,16 orders(sub-orders)and 83 families.The dominant groups were Sminthuridae and Chironomidae larvae accounted for 21.38%of the total number of individuals.The results indicated that the quantities of individuals and groups of meso-micro soil fauna increased with the elevated carbon dioxide concentrations in different seasons.Moreover,alpha diversity index of meso-micro soil fauna community increased with carbon dioxide concentrations.Meanwhile,CO_(2)concentrations,soil organic matter and total phosphorus had great influences on the seasonal dynamic and spatial distribution of meso-micro soil fauna communities.Therefore,elevated CO_(2)concentrations affect meso-micro soil fauna community composition,spatial distribution and seasonal dynamics.
