摘  要:为了探究低温条件下,松材线虫伴生细菌对松材线虫的生理生化作用机制,以不同地区采集的松线虫及其伴生菌为试验材料,通过试验数据对比分析在伴生蜡样芽胞杆菌(GD1)作用下,松材线虫低温下存活、繁殖和脂肪酸质量浓度的变化。结果表明:细菌GD1处理和对照相比,显著提高了松材线虫AH23、LN15虫株的存活率和繁殖力,但GD1处理对GD19虫株的存活率和繁殖力均无显著影响;细菌GD1处理和对照相比,AH23虫株的总脂肪酸、不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸质量浓度无显著差异,而处理组(Z)-9-十六碳烯酸、(Z)-11-二十碳烯酸、(Z)-5,8,11,14-二十碳四烯酸和(Z)-13,16-二十二碳二烯酸等不饱和脂肪酸的质量浓度显著高于对照组。因此,某些不饱和脂肪酸在松材线虫低温适应性中发挥作用,伴生细菌GD1能显著提高松材线虫的存活率和繁殖力。In order to explore the physiological and biochemical mechanism of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus associated bacteria on B.xylophilus under low temperature conditions.B.xylophilus collected from different regions and bacteria(GD1)were used as test materials,and the experimental data were used to compare and analyze the changes on the survival,reproduction andfatty acid concentrationof B.xylophilus under the treatment of GD1 and at low temperature.Compared with the control group,the survival andreproduction of B.xylophilus(AH23 and LN15)were significantly improved under the treatment of GD1.But the survival and reproduction of B.xylophilus(GD19)were not significantly affected under the treatment of GD1.Compared with the control,the total fatty acid,unsaturated fatty acid and saturated fatty acid concentrations of AH23 strains which treated by GD1 had no significant difference,while the(Z)-9-hexadecenoic acid,(Z)-11-eicosaenoic acid,(Z)-5,8,11,14-eicosatetraenoic acid and(Z)-13,16-docosadienoic acid and other unsaturated fatty acidsof AH23 strains which treated by GD1 were significantly higher than the control group.Therefore,some unsaturated fatty acids played a role in the low temperature adaptation of B.xylophilus,and the associated bacteria GD1 could significantly improve the survival and reproduction of B.xylophilus.
