摘 要:以柠檬酸溶液、脱硫建筑石膏粉、桦木木丝为原料,按照试验设计的3种原料的不同配比制备木丝增强石膏复合板,参照有关国家标准、行业标准测定制备样品的力学强度;应用响应面发优化试验,构建二次多项式回归模型,分析水膏比(m(水)∶m(石膏粉))-木丝添加量-柠檬酸添加量体系中三者间交互作用对板材抗折强度和握螺钉力的影响,遴选3种原料的优化配比。结果表明:抗折强度和握螺钉力的模型复相关系数分别为0.9690、0.9583,模型具有良好的精度和拟合性;水膏比(m(水)∶m(石膏粉))、木丝、柠檬酸添加量,3因素之间的交互作用对板材力学性能影响显著;各因素优化工艺参数为:水膏比(m(水)∶m(石膏粉))为0.7∶1.0、木丝添加量(木丝质量分数)为20%、柠檬酸为0。Using citric acid solution,desulfurized building gypsum powder and birch wood silk as raw materials,the wood fiber reinforced gypsum composite board was prepared according to the different proportions of the three raw materials designed in the experiment,and the mechanical strength of the prepared samples was measured according to the relevant national standards and industrial standards.The response surface method was used to optimize the test,construct a quadratic polynomial regression model,analyze the influence of the interaction between the three in the water paste ratio(mass ratio of water and gypsum powder)wood wool-citric acid additive system on the bending strength and screw grip of the board,and select the optimal proportion of three kinds of raw materials.The modular correlation coefficients of the flexural strength and the nail holding force are 0.9690 and 0.9583,and the model has good precision and fitting.The interaction among water-gypsum ratio,wood wool content and citric acid content has a significant effect on the mechanical properties of the composites.The optimum process parameters of various factors of composite board are:the water-gypsum ratio is 0.7∶1.0,the wood wool content is 20%,and the citric acid content is 0.
