摘　　要：山东省纺织产业集群稳步发展,同时转型升级的需求逐步显现,为了确保产业集群的顺利升级,规避和防范风险是首要任务。文章选取了河南、浙江、福建等6个对照省份,以TOPSIS模型为工具,对山东省纺织产业集群升级过程中的内生性风险进行定量研究,根据分析结果提出对应的治理机制建议。The textile industry cluster in Shandong Province develops steadily,but the demand for transformation and upgrading is gradually emerging.In order to ensure the smooth upgrading of the industry cluster,avoiding and preventing risks is the primary task.Based on the TOPSIS model,this paper does a quantitive study of 6 provinces on the endogenous risks in the upgrading process of textile industry cluster in Shandong Province,and puts forward the corresponding governance mechanism and suggestions according to the analysis results.
