芪参化瘀通脉方对稳定性心绞痛合并高血压患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察芪参化瘀通脉方对稳定性心绞痛合并高血压患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响。方法:选取安阳市中医院心血管科2019年12月至2021年3月治疗的稳定性心绞痛伴有高血压患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规降血压和抗心绞痛治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予芪参化瘀通脉方治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、肱动脉血压、血管内皮功能、C-反应蛋白、肝肾功能、血常规、尿常规等变化情况。结果:治疗组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为70.0%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后胸痛、憋闷、心悸、气短、乏力等积分均低于治疗前,治疗组治疗后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后收缩压和舒张压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后内皮素-1、C反应蛋白低于对照组,一氧化氮高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后肾功能、肝功能、血常规、尿常规等均未见明显异常。结论:芪参化瘀通脉方可以明显缓解稳定性心绞痛合并高血压患者临床症状,降低血压和中医证候积分,改善血管内皮功能。Objective:To observe the influence of Astragalus and Ginseng Formula for Removing Blood Stasis and Dredging Meridi-ans on blood pressure and vascular endothelial function in patients with stable angina pectoris and hypertension.Methods:A total of 60 patients with stable angina pectoris and hypertension treated in the cardiovascular department of Anyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to March 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,60 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treat-ment of lowering blood pressure and anti-angina pectoris,and the treatment group was additionally given Astragalus and Ginseng Formula for Removing Blood Stasis and Dredging Meridians on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,and the changes of TCM syndrome scores,brachial artery blood pressure,vascular endothelial func-tion,C-reactive protein,liver and kidney function,blood routine and urine routine before and after treatment were observed.Re-sults:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group:70.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest pain,suffocation,palpitation,short-ness of breath and fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious abnormalities in renal function,liver function,blood routine and urine routine before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Astragalus and Ginseng Formula for Removing Blood Stasis and Dredging Meridi-ans can sign
