化瘀活血汤联合头电针疗法治疗急性脑卒中后平衡功能障碍临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟化瘀活血汤联合头电针疗法治疗急性脑卒中(cerebral stroke,CS)后平衡功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年12月抚州市临川区中医院治疗的急性CS后平衡功能障碍患者114例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组给予平衡功能训练,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用自拟化瘀活血汤联合头电针治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后Berg平衡量表(Berg balance scale,BBS)评分、Fugel-Meyer评定量表(Fugel Meyer rating scale,FMA)评分、Barthel指数(Barthel index,BI)评分变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为96.49%,显效率为78.95%,对照组有效率为77.19%,显效率为52.63%,观察组有效率、显效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后BBS评分、FMA评分、BI评分均高于治疗前,观察组治疗后BBS评分、FMA评分、BI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟化瘀活血汤联合头电针疗法治疗急性CS后平衡功能障碍,可改善患者的临床症状,促进肢体功能的恢复。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of self-made Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis and Activating Blood Circu-lation combined with scalp electroacupuncture on balance dysfunction after acute cerebral stroke(CS).Methods:A total of 114 pa-tients with acute balance dysfunction after CS treated in Linchuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fuzhou from June 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 57 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given basic treatment,then the control group was additionally given balance function training,and the observation group was additionally treated with self-made Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis and Activating Blood Circulation Combined with scalp electroacupuncture on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the changes of Berg balance scale(BBS)score,Fugel Meyer rating scale(FMA)score and Barthel index(BI)score before and after treatment were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.49%,the effectual rate was 78.95%,while the effective rate of the control group was 77.19%,and the effectual rate was 52.63%.The effective rate and the effectual rate of the observa-tion group were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BBS score,FMA score and Bi score of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment.The BBS score,FMA score and Bi score of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and all the differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Decoction for Removing Blood Stasis and Activating Blood Circulation com-bined with scalp electroacupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute balance dysfunction after CS and pro-mote the recovery of limb function.
