摘　　要：中医内治法治疗儿童腺样体肥大主要包括分期论治、分型论治、分脏腑论治、从痰瘀论治等。目前,研究还存在以下问题:①中医治疗本病尚未制定统一的诊疗方案,不同参考诊疗间效果评价有差异。②现有对本病的报道以名家经验为主,而各医家治疗本病时所用药物的用法用量各有差异,归纳学习的难度较大。③现有的临床试验主要集中于中药治疗的临床有效性,而大部分临床研究由于样本量小,其有效性的证据等级普遍不高。今后,应进行高质量、大样本的临床研究及对中药药物作用机制的基础研究,明确中医药治疗的作用机制及临床疗效,并提供规范化的中医诊疗方案和预防指南专家共识,以促进中医治疗的规范化和科学化。Therapies of TCM for adenoidal hypertrophy in children mainly include treatment by stages,treatment by classification,treatment by viscera,treatment by phlegm and blood stasis,etc.At present,the following problems still exist in the research:①TCM has not yet formulated a unified diagnosis and treatment plan for the treatment of adenoidal hypertrophy,and there are differences in the effect evaluation between different reference diagnosis and treatment.②The existing reports on this disease are mainly based on the experience of famous doctors,and the usage and dosage of drugs used by doctors in the treatment of this disease are different,so it is difficult to summarize and learn.③The existing clinical trials mainly focus on the clinical effectiveness of Chinese medicinal treatment,and most clinical studies generally have low evidence level of its effectiveness due to the small sample size.In the future,it is necessary to carry out high-quality,large sample clinical research and basic research on the mechanism of action of Chinese medicinals,clarify the mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of TCM treatment,and provide standardized TCM diagnosis and treatment plans and expert consensus on prevention guidelines,so as to promote the standardization and scientization of TCM treatment.
