摘　　要：构建人类命运共同体,是新时代中国共产党人基于马克思主义世界历史理论,以辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的科学世界观和方法论为基础提出的全球治理的中国智慧和中国方案,其核心内涵是在追求本国利益的同时兼顾他国的合理关切,弘义融利,体现的是全人类的共同利益和共同价值。构建人类命运共同体从理论和实践两个层面回答了“世界怎么了、我们怎么办”的时代之问,具有重要的理论创新与实践价值。中国与相关国家推进的“一带一路”倡议、全球发展倡议和全球安全倡议,已经为构建人类命运共同体搭建起实践平台,成为推动沿线各国实现共同发展、互利共赢的基本路径。Building a community of shared future for mankind,provided by Communist Party of China in new era,is Chinese wisdom and scheme to global governance,which is based on the Marxist theory of world history,as well as the scientific world outlook and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.Its core connotation is to pursue national interests while taking other countries'legitimate concerns into consideration,and to promote righteousness and prosperity,representing the shared benefits and values of mankind.Building a community with a shared future for mankind has answered the question of the times"what is wrong with the world and what should we do"from both theoretical and practical levels and has important theoretical innovation and practical value.The"the Belt and Road"initiative,the global development initiative and the global security initiative promoted by China and relevant countries have built a practical platform for building a community with a shared future for mankind and become a basic path to promote common development,mutual benefit and win-win results for countries along the belt and road.
