摘　　要：高压断路器液压机构故障中,油泵频繁打压故障占相当一部分比例。文章针对一起500 kV液压机构断路器频繁打压缺陷进行分析,根据缺陷情况具体分析断路器操作机构内出现频繁打压的各类原因,总结造成操作机构AH2阀门渗漏油的因素,同时建议对运行时间长的此类型机构合闸AH2阀进行更换。In the hydraulic mechanism failure of high voltage circuit breaker,the frequent pressurization failure of oil pump accounts for a considerable proportion.This paper analyzes the frequent pressurization defect of a 500 kV hydraulic mechanism circuit breaker,analyzes various causes of frequent pressurization in the circuit breaker operating mechanism according to the defect situation,summarizes the factors causing oil leakage of ah2 valve of the operating mechanism,and suggests replacing the closing ah2 valve of this type of mechanism with long operation time.
