摘 要:润滑油进水会导致润滑油的氧化以及乳化,润滑油的性能下降,并且还会会加快零部件的腐蚀以及对油膜造成破坏,可以说不良影响较大。因此,笔者着手对火电厂汽泵润滑油进水原因分析,并探索相应的解决对策,希望能最大程度减少润滑油进水发生,为火电厂发展贡献一份力量。通过文献调查法、工作总结法、观察法、实证研究法等研究方法,对这一主题进行了完善的研究。得出结果为:润滑油系统进水的原因从大的方向上划分,主要有三方面。一方面是汽泵密封水系统存在问题,可能是密封水回水不畅或者密封水压力调整偏差等问题;另一方面是给水泵汽轮机轴封系统出现故障,轴封的压力增大或者轴封回汽不畅导致漏汽;还有一方面是整体润滑油系统自身出现问题。应对措施为:根据不同原因进行及时的改进,完善润滑油系统设计从根源解决问题,严格把控操作工艺避免不当影响,做好维护工艺及时解决问题,避免润滑油系统受到严重损伤。The ingress of lubricating oil will lead to the oxidation and emulsification of the lubricating oil,the performance of the lubricating oil will decrease,and it will also accelerate the corrosion of parts and cause damage to the oil film,which can be said to have a great adverse effect.Therefore,the author set out to analyze the causes of lubricating oil inflow in thermal power plant steam pumps,and explore corresponding solutions,hoping to minimize the occurrence of lubricating oil inflow and contribute to the development of thermal power plants.Through literature survey method,work summary method,observation method,empirical research method and other research methods,this topic is well researched.The result is:the reasons for the water inflow of the lubricating oil system are divided from the major directions,mainly in three aspects.On the one hand,there is a problem with the sealing water system of the steam pump,which may be the problem of poor return water of the sealing water or deviation of the pressure adjustment of the sealing water;Poor steam return leads to steam leakage;on the other hand,there is a problem with the overall lubricating oil system itself.The countermeasures are:make timely improvements according to different reasons,improve the design of the lubricating oil system to solve the problem from the root cause,strictly control the operation process to avoid improper influence,do a good job in the maintenance process to solve the problem in time,and avoid serious damage to the lubricating oil system.
