摘　　要：目的了解“十三五”规划以来我国省级疾病预防控制中心(Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,CDC)科研工作的发展趋势和地区分布情况。方法通过问卷调查和定性访谈相结合的方式收集相关信息,使用方差分析和多元线性回归模型,检验纵向科研课题的变化趋势和地区差异。结果2015—2019年我国省级CDC获得纵向科研课题经费共计76991.74万元,其中,国家级纵向科研课题经费占68.80%。与参与的纵向科研课题相比,牵头承担的纵向科研课题经费占66.70%。我国省级CDC获得的纵向科研课题经费从2015年的9065.18万元下降至2019年的7231.17万元(F=4.30,P=0.003)。东部地区的省级CDC获得的纵向科研课题经费最多,西部地区次之,中部地区最少(F=7.27,P=0.001)。结论2015—2019年省级CDC获批的纵向科研课题总体呈下降趋势,其分布存在地区差异。建议进一步加大疾控科研经费资助力度。Objective To know the development trend and regional distribution of scientific research work of China's provincial centers for disease control and prevention(CDC)since the 13 th Five-Year plan.Methods Relevant data was collected through questionnaire survey and interview.Variance analysis and multiple linear regression model were used to examine the trend and regional differences of vertical scientific research projects.Results From 2015 to 2019,provincial CDC have received 769.9174 million RMB of vertical scientific research funds in total,of which 68.80%were national vertical scientific research projects,and 66.70%were undertaken by provincial CDC themselves compared with participating in the vertical scientific research projects.The research funds decreased from 90.6518 million RMB in 2015 to 72.3117 million RMB in 2019(F=4.30,P=0.003).Eastern region has received the most research funds,followed by the western region and central region(F=7.27,P=0.001).Conclusion The vertical scientific research funds obtained by provincial CDC showed a decreasing trend from 2015 to 2019 in general,and its distribution was different.Scientific research funds should further be strengthened.
