科研工作者视角下广州市妇女保健工作效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析广州市妇女保健工作的效果与孕产妇死亡率的关系。方法系统收集2000—2019年与广州市妇女保健工作效果评价相关的文献,采用“五分度评分”半定量分析法标化文献中的评价结果,以孕产妇死亡率作为地区保健工作的效果指标。采用线性回归分析、Spearman相关性分析文献评价得分与效果指标之间的关系。结果2000—2019年广州市孕产妇死亡率从20.39/10万下降至6.57/10万,下降趋势有统计学意义(t=-5.38,P_(trend)<0.001)。文献对广州市妇女保健工作效果加权评分从1.00分上升至4.00分,增长趋势有统计学意义(t=4.50,P_(trend)<0.001)。广州市妇女保健工作效果加权评分与广州市孕产妇死亡率呈负相关(r=-0.513)。结论基于科研工作者视角的综合评价方法,可应用于中长期公共卫生策略评价、优化与改进工作。Objective To evaluate whether effects of Guangzhou women health care was associated with maternal mortality ratio(MMR).Methods The weighted evaluation score of women's health care work was calculated by collecting the published literature on evaluating the effect of women's health care in Guangzhou City from 2000 to 2019 and adopting "five-scale points"semi-quantitative analysis.The MMR was considered as the regionally effective indicator of the women's health work.Spearman correlation and linear regression were constructed to analyze the relationship between the literature evaluation and the effective indicators.Results The maternal mortality ratio in Guangzhou City decreased from 20.39/100000 to 6.57/1000000,and the downward trend was statistically significant(P_(trend)<0.001).The weighted evaluation score of women's health care work based on the collected published literature increased from 1.00 to 4.00,and the growth trend was statistically significant(P_(trend)<0.001).The association between the weighted evaluation score and MMR was negatively correlated(r=-0.513).Conclusion A comprehensive evaluation method based on the researchers' perspective can be applied to mid-and long-term public health strategy evaluation,optimization,and improvement.
