老年高血压患者健康管理现状和高血压急症自救知识技能掌握情况调查

摘　　要：目的调查老年高血压患者对高血压健康管理现状,分析健康管理和自救知识技能在高血压中的应用价值。方法将96例老年高血压患者分为轻度组45例,中重度组51例,采用自制调查问卷调查两组高血压患者的健康管理现状、自救知识技能掌握情况。结果老年高血压患者知晓高血压和高血压急症危险因素(χ^(2)=5.249)、知晓高血压健康管理措施(χ^(2)=3.928)、重视自身高血压(χ^(2)=4.497)、重视高血压健康管理(χ^(2)=4.051)、始终坚持高血压健康管理(χ^(2)=13.330)的患者占比较低,且轻度组低于中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者知晓高血压急症突发自救知识(χ^(2)=6.776)、会自救技能(χ^(2)=12.130)的患者占比较低,且轻度组低于中重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论普及高血压健康管理措施、自救知识技能和方法是预防和管理老年高血压疾病的重要措施。Objective To investigate the status of hypertension health management in elderly hypertensive patients,and analyze the application value of health management and self-help knowledge and skills in hypertension.Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension were divided into 45 patients in mild group,and 51 patients in moderate and severe group.The health management level,and mastery of self-help knowledge and skills of two groups were investigated by self-made questionnaire.Results The proportion of elderly patients with hypertension and risk factors of hypertersive emergency(χ^(2)=5.249),awareness of hypertension health management(χ^(2)=3.928),attention to self hypertension(χ^(2)=4.497),attention to hypertension health management(χ^(2)=4.051),adhere to hypertension health managerment(χ^(2)=13.330)was less,and mild group was lower than the moderate and severe group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patients who knew the knowledge of emergency self-rescue(χ^(2)=6.776)and knew self-rescue skills in hypertensive emergencies(χ^(2)=12.130)was less,and the mild group were lower than the moderate and severe group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Popularization of knowledge and methods of hypertension health management and self-help skills is an important measure to prevent and manage senile hypertension.
