温州市基于区域信息平台自动采集模式的法定传染病报告质量及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析温州市基于区域信息平台自动采集模式的法定传染病报告质量及影响因素,为进一步提高温州市传染病报告质量提出针对性建议。方法采用分层抽样的方法对温州市30家医疗机构开展现场调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果共抽查23种法定传染病2892例,报告率为98.65%,及时报告率为100.00%,完整率为96.69%,准确率为95.94%,身份证号完整率为98.14%。不同级别医疗机构报告率(χ^(2)=48.61)、准确率(χ^(2)=41.77)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。影响报告率的因素是单位级别(OR=11.096,P=0.013),影响准确率的因素是单位级别(OR=19.970,P=0.018)、是否有自查记录(OR=0.003,P=0.042)。结论温州市医疗机构实现传染病数据自动交换后,传染病报告质量整体上升。建议医疗机构切实落实院内自查并做好记录,加强传染病报告管理、传染病诊断标准等技术培训工作。Objective To analyze the quality and influencing factors of statutory infectious disease reports based on automatic collection mode of regional information platform in Wenzhou City,and put forward targeted suggestions for further improving the quality of infectious disease reports in Wenzhou City.Methods The stratified sampling method was used to conduct on-site surveys and statistical analysis of the 30 medical institutions in Wenzhou City.Results A total of 2892 cases of 23 statutory infectious diseases were randomly checked,the reporting rate was 98.65%,the timely reporting rate was 100.00%,the integrity rate was 96.69%,and the accuracy rate was 95.94%,and the ID number integrity rate was 98.14%.The reporting rate(χ^(2)=48.61)and accuracy rate(χ^(2)=41.77)of different levels of medical institutions were statistically different(P<0.001).The unit level(OR=11.096,P=0.013)was the main influencing factor of the reporting rate,and the unit level(OR=19.970,P=0.018)and whether there was a self-inspection record(OR=0.003,P=0.042)were the main factors that affected the accuracy rate.Conclusion After the automatic exchange of infectious disease data in medical institutions in Wenzhou City,the quality of infectious disease reports has increased overall.It is recommended to implement hospital self-examinations and keep records,and strengthen technical training in infectious disease report management and infectious disease diagnostic standards.
