基于TOPSIS的山西省旅游业发展潜力研究

摘　　要：山西省资源丰富,但旅游业发展相对落后,近几年却呈现良好发展势头,本文以此为契机研究山西省旅游业发展潜力.具体采用熵值法、TOPSIS模型、障碍度模型等研究方法,对2009~2018年山西省旅游业发展潜力进行测度,并探讨影响山西省旅游业发展潜力提升的障碍因素.研究结果表明:2009~2018年山西省旅游业发展潜力稳步提高,其中:2009~2012年处于低潜力时期,2013~2014年处于中等潜力时期,2015~2018年处于高潜力时期.阻碍山西省旅游业发展潜力提升的最大障碍因素是空气质量平均优良天数和普通高等教育在校生人数,影响山西省旅游业发展潜力的第一障碍因素总的变化趋势是从旅游资源品味度转变为空气质量平均优良天数.最终根据阻碍山西省旅游业发展潜力提升的主要因素,为其后续发展提出对策建议.Shanxi province is rich in resources,but the development of tourism is relatively backward.In recent years,it presents a good momentum of development,take this as an opportunity to study the tourism development potential of Shanxi Province.Based on the analysis of data from 2009 to 2018,it uses entropy,TOPSIS and obstacle degree analysis model to study the tourism development potential of Shanxi province,and discusses the obstacle factors that affect the promotion of tourism development potential in Shanxi province.The results show that:the tourism development potential of Shanxi province has been steadily improved from 2009 to 2018.Among them:2009~2012 was a period of low potential,2013~2014 was a period of medium potential period,2015~2018 was a period of high potential period.The biggest obstacles to the development potential of tourism in Shanxi province are the average number of days with good air quality and the number of students in ordinary higher education.The overall trend of the first obstacle to the development potential of tourism in Shanxi Province is from the taste of tourism resources to the average number of days with good air quality.Finally,according to the main factors that hinder the development potential of tourism in Shanxi province,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for its follow-up development.
