摘　　要：通过利用WIOD发布的最新世界投入产出表,以2011-2021年间14个制造业行业的面板数据,对服务业开放影响制造业全球价值链的问题展开研究,并进一步对技术溢出和人力资源在其中发挥的中介效应作了深入的分析。研究发现:服务业开放可以更加有效的进行资源配置,增强企业自身在国际市场中的竞争能力,对制造业全球价值链地位产生积极的影响;技术溢出和人力资源在生产性服务业开放影响制造业全球价值链地位攀升过程中发挥了显著的中介作用;服务业开放度对低技术制造业全球价值链地位产生了显著的积极作用,而在技术壁垒存在的情况下,对于中、高技术制造业而言,服务业开放能够带来的积极作用明显减弱,中、高技术制造业的全球价值链地位攀升速度也相应变慢。Based on the latest world input-output table released by WIOD and panel data of 14 manufacturing industries from 2011 to 2021,this paper studies the impact of service openness on manufacturing global value chain,and further analyzes the mediating effect of technology spillover and human resources in the process.The conclusions are as follows:First,the opening of service industry can more effectively allocate resources,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market,and have a positive impact on the status of manufacturing global value chain.Second,technology spillover and human resources play a significant mediating role in the process of producer services opening influencing the position of manufacturing industry in global value chain..Third,the openness of the service industry has a significant positive effect on the position of the low-tech manufacturing industry in the global value chain.In the case of technological barriers,the positive effect of the openness of the service industry can be significantly weakened for the medium and high-tech manufacturing industry,and the climbing speed of the position of the medium and high-tech manufacturing industry in the global value chain is also correspondingly slower.
