摘  要:面向未来新技术,高职人才培养必须有“跨界”的格局,围绕高职新工科人才培养使命,突破各种壁垒实现不同资源的融合协同。通过成果导向(OBE)理念,以“学生学习能力、学习习惯及创新能力”作为产出,围绕专业、课程、师资、学生、信息化五大要素,探索高职新工科人才培养的有效路径。Facing the new technology in the future,higher vocational talent training must have a"cross-border"pattern,focus on the mission of Higher Vocational new engineering talent training,and break through various barriers of the college.To realize the integration and coordination of different resources,taking Taizhou Polytechnic College as an example,this paper aims to explore the effective path of training new engineering talents in higher vocational colleges,through the concept of achievement oriented(OBE),taking"students'learning ability,learning habits and innovation ability"as the output and focusing on the five elements of specialty,curriculum,teachers,students and informatization.
