摘  要:目的探究病案人员的服务效率和服务质量,以提升患者及家属在病案复印方面的满意度,构建良好的医患环境。方法采取问卷调查的方法,对未复印的人员开展问卷调查。结果在复印流程、复印件质量、收费合理、服务态度、总体满意度上都存在一定的不满意。结论病案管理者要在实践中不断学习新理念、新方法、新举措,为患者提供更好的病案复印服务。Objective To explore the service efficiency and service quality of medical record personnel to improve the satisfaction of patients and their families in the photocopying of medical records and build a good doctor-patient environment.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out for those who came to copy.Results There are certain dissatisfaction in the copying process,copy quality,reasonable charging,service attitude and overall satisfaction.Conclusion Medical record managers should constantly learn new concepts,methods and measures in practice to provide patients with better medical record photocopying services.
