摘　　要：文章以芬兰国家特殊图书馆的无障碍阅读服务实践为研究对象,从信息平等与信息公平两个角度出发,探究其在信息资源建设的平等性保障与信息资源获取的可及性保障两个方面的具体实践,并与中国盲文图书馆进行对比分析,发掘可以借鉴的实践经验。This paper takes the barrier free reading service practice of the Celia as the research object from the two perspectives of information equality and information equity, explores its specific practice in the two aspects of equality guarantee of information resource construction and accessibility guarantee of information resource acquisition, summarizes and compares it with the Chinese Braille Library with similar functions, and explores the practical experience that can be used for reference.
