人字形叶片饲料混合机的回转过程仿真分析

摘  要:针对无叶片回转筒式饲料混合机混合效率低、效果差的问题,提出了一种在回转筒内壁上附有人字形叶片的回转筒结构改进方案。应用EDEM仿真软件对回转筒内的颗粒混合过程开展仿真试验,结果表明有人字形叶片的回转筒混合均匀程度和混合效率明显优于无叶片回转筒。在新型回转筒内进一步开展转速和填充率对颗粒混合过程的影响试验,结果表明:当填充率不变时,提高回转筒转速可提高不同颗粒在混合初期的混合速度,而混合均匀程度随回转筒转速的提高而降低;当转速不变时,提高填充率会使筒内颗粒的运动速度和混合速度均降低,叶片有效作用的范围逐渐变小,到达混合稳定波动范围所需的时间变长。该研究可为改进回转筒式饲料混合机提供参考。To solve the problems of low mixing efficiency and poor effect in bladeless rotary drum feed mixer, this paper proposes a structural improvement scheme of rotary drum with herring-shaped blades attached to the inner wall of rotary drum. Simulation tests are carried out on the mixing process of particles in rotary drum by using EDEM simulation software. The results show that the mixing uniformity and mixing efficiency of rotary cylinder with manned-shaped blades are obviously better than those without blades. Experiments on the influence of rotating speed and filling rate of the new rotary drum on the particle mixing process were carried out. The results show that when the filling rate is constant, the mixing speed of different particles can be improved by increasing the rotating speed of the rotary drum at the initial mixing stage, and the mixing uniformity decreases with the increase of the rotating speed of the rotary drum. When the rotational speed is constant, the particle movement velocity and mixing velocity in the cylinder decrease with the increase of filling rate, and the effective action range of the blade becomes smaller and the time required to reach the stable fluctuation range of mixing becomes longer. The research can provide reference for improving rotary drum feed mixer.
