射频与点阵激光联合治疗面部皮肤光老化的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨射频联合点阵激光治疗在改善面部皮肤光老化中的临床效果。方法以随机数字法,在郑州人民医院2018年1月至2020年5月期间收取的面部皮肤光老化患者中抽取120例为研究对象,按照先后入院时间分为对照组(N=60例)行射频治疗,观察组(N=60例)行射频+点阵激光治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后整体美容改善评分(GAIS)、整体光老化评分(GPS),肤色、细微皱纹、色素沉着评分,不良反应发生率。结果与对照组(85.00%)相比,观察组有效率(98.33%)明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的GAIS、GPS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的GPS评分明显较低,GAIS评分明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组肤色、细微皱纹、色素沉着评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组肤色、细微皱纹、色素沉着评分更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组(6.67%)相比,观察组的不良反应发生率(8.33%)未明显增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于面部皮肤光老化患者,采用射频治疗基础上,应用点阵激光,可显著改善其面部美容情况,降低光老化评分,且不会增加不良反应,临床疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of radiofrequency combined with fractional laser therapy in improving facial skin photoaging.Methods Using the random number method,120 patients with facial skin photoaging collected in Zhengzhou people's Hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into the control group(N=60 cases)who were treated with RF and the observation group(N=60 cases)who were treated with RF+fractional laser.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared,including the global aesthetic beauty improvement score(GAIS),the global photoaging score(GPS),skin color,fine wrinkles Pigmentation score and incidence of adverse reactions.Results Compared with the control group(85.00%),the effective rate of the observation group(98.33%)was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in GAIS and GPS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,compared with the control group,the GPS score of the observation group was significantly lower,and the GAIS score was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of skin color,fine wrinkles and pigmentation between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment,compared with the control group,the score of skin color,fine wrinkles and pigmentation in the observation group was better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group(6.67%),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(8.33%)did not increase significantly,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with photoaging of facial skin,the application of fractional laser on the basis of radiofrequency therapy can significantly improve their facial beauty,reduce the photoaging score,and will not increase adverse reactions.The clinical effect is sign
