摘 要:在数字化时代,企业数字化转型已成为电子制造企业创新的重要驱动力。本文以沪深A股电子制造企业为研究样本,实证考察了企业数字化转型对企业创新的影响及传导机制。结果表明:环境不确定性越高,企业数字化转型的创新驱动效果越强。进一步研究表明,高管文化程度较高或企业处于衰退阶段时,与国有企业相比,企业数字化转型对创新的推动作用在非国有企业中更显著。地区市场化水平对企业数字化转型的创新驱动效应也产生非对称影响。In the digital era,enterprise digital transformation has become an important driver of innovation in electronics manufacturing firms.Using Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share electronics manufacturing firms as research samples,we empirically examine the impact of enterprise digital transformation on enterprise innovation and the transmission mechanism.The results show that the higher the environmental uncertainty,the stronger the innovation-driving effect of enterprise digital transformation.Further research shows that the driving effect of enterprise digital transformation on innovation is more pronounced in non-state-owned firms compared to state-owned firms when executive literacy is high or the firm is in a recessionary stage.The level of regional marketization also has an asymmetric effect on the innovation-driving effect of corporate digital transformation.
