摘　　要：针对炮管轴线校准直线度测量的问题,提出了一种快速测量装置,硬件设备以激光发射器发射出的激光作为基准轴线,采集设备采集各个测量点关于基准轴线的偏移量,后期使用LabVIEW软件开发平台开发了一种测量软件,后期处理偏移量数据,提高了测量速度并为后期炮管的校直提供了一种依据.A fast measurement device was proposed aiming at the problem of barrel axis calibration and straightness measurement.The hardware equipment uses the laser emitted by the laser transmitter as the reference axis,and the acquisition device collects the offset of each measurement point relative to the reference axis.A measurement software was developed using the LabVIEW software development platform to process the offset data in the later stage,which improved the measurement speed,providing a basis for the alignment of the gun barrel in the later stage.
