头孢泊肟酯治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察分析急性支气管炎患儿采用头孢泊肟酯治疗的效果与不良反应情况。方法 将2019年1月-2020年12月深圳市坪山区人民医院儿科接收的120例急性支气管炎小儿患者纳入研究,根据随机数字表法将其分为试验组和参照组,每组各60例。参照组患儿选择头孢克洛治疗,试验组给予头孢泊肟酯治疗,比较2组患儿的治疗效果、不良反应发生率、临床症状持续时间。结果 试验组患儿的治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于参照组的86.67率%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗中不良反应率为3.33%,低于参照组的11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿咳嗽缓解、咳痰减少、发热症状持续时间均显著低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿支气管炎的药物治疗中,头孢泊肟酯相较于头孢克洛具备更理想的疗效,且不良反应低,耐受性较好,有助于缩短患儿的临床症状持续时间,具有临床推广价值。Objective To observe and analyze the effect and adverse effects of treatment with cefpodoxime axetil granules in children with acute bronchitis.Methods A total of 120 pediatric patients with acute bronchitis received from the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were studied and divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random drawing method,with 60 patients in each group.The children in the reference group were treated with routine cefaclor,and the children in the experimental group were treated with cefpodoxime axetil.The therapeutic effect,incidence of adverse reactions and duration of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment response rate of 96.67%in the test group was higher than that of 86.67%in the reference group(P<0.05);The 3.33%rate of treatment emergent adverse events in the test group was higher than the 11.67%rate of treatment emergent adverse events in the reference group(P<0.05).The children in the test group had a significantly lower relief of cough,expectoration,and duration of febrile symptoms than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the medical treatment of pediatric bronchitis,cefpodoxime proxetil has a more desirable therapeutic effect than conventional drug cefaclor,and has a lower adverse effect profile,its safety profile is also desirable,its tolerability is high,it is helpful to shorten the duration of clinical symptoms in children,and it has an important application value.
