艾灸联合无创镇痛术治疗产后宫缩痛的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 观察艾灸联合无创镇痛术对产后宫缩痛的临床效果。方法 选取遂川县人民医院妇产科40例产后宫缩痛患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各20例,观察组采用艾灸疗法联合无创镇痛术,对照组予口服新生化胶囊和布洛芬缓释胶囊。比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,患者宫腔积血量,血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平,宫缩痛消失所需天数。结果 与对照组比较,试验组患者VAS评分,宫腔积血量,血清5-HT、TNF-α、IL-6水平,宫缩痛消失时间明显降低,均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 艾灸联合无创镇痛术能明显改善产后宫缩痛患者的疼痛程度,其作用可能与调节5-HT、TNF-α、IL-6的表达水平有关。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with non-invasive analgesia on postpartum uterine contraction pain.Methods 40 patients with postpartum uterine pain were randomly divided into two groups,20 cases in each group,The experimental group was treated with moxibustion combined with non-invasive Analgesia.In the control group,Xinshenghualcapsule and Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule were given orally,Visual analogue scale(Vas)of pain,volume of uterine Hematocele,levels of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),Interleukin-6(IL-6),and the number of days needed for the disappearance of uterine contraction pain were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS pain score,uterine cavity blood volume,serum 5-HT,TNF-α,IL-6 levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with non-invasive Analgesia can significantly improve the pain of patients with postpartum uterine pain,and its effect may be related to the regulation of 5-HT,TNF-α,IL-6 expression level.
