乙烯装置稀释蒸汽再沸器腐蚀机理分析及对策

摘　　要：中国石油四川石化有限责任公司(以下简称“四川石化”)乙烯装置采用S&W公司专利技术,乙烯生产能力为800 kt/a,稀释蒸汽系统利用急冷油塔釜循环急冷油和中压蒸汽加热发生稀释蒸汽,在装置运行过程中,稀释蒸汽发生器再沸器发生频繁泄漏,给装置正常生产运行造成严重威胁。文章对稀释蒸汽再沸器的实际运行和检修情况进行对比分析,结合不同的腐蚀机理,得出泡点腐蚀对再沸器的影响,并提出对策和建议,对改进乙烯装置的正常运行具有重要意义。S&W company’s patented technology is used in ethylene plant of petrochina Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.The capacity of ethylene is 800 kt/a.Steam release system uses quench oil tower kettle to circulate quench oil and medium pressure steam heating to produce dilute steam.During the operation of the device,frequent leakage occurred in the dilution steam reboiler.It poses a serious threat to the normal production and operation of the device.In this paper,the actual operation and maintenance of dilute steam reboiler are compared and analyzed,combined with different corrosion mechanisms,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.It is of great significance to the normal operation of ethylene plant.
