摘  要:双能X线吸收测量仪已被广泛应用30多年,其相应的技术不断进展,现已证实了其临床应用的可靠性和可行性。双能X线吸收测量仪除用于骨质疏松症的骨密度测量外,技术的改善还可使其进行椎体骨折、腹主动脉钙化、非典型股骨骨折、骨小梁指数评估、髋关节结构分析、有限元分析、体成分等方面的测量和评估。据此,本文就上述测量功能分别进行综述。Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA) has been widely used for more than 30 years with continuous technological innovations, which makes DXA a reliable and feasible tool for clinical use. In addition to the measurement of bone mineral density for osteoporosis, DXA has a variety of applications, such as vertebral fracture analysis, grading of abdominal aortic calcifications, atypical femur fracture, trabecular bone score, hip structures analysis, finite element analysis and body composition etc. This review is aimed to provide updates on aforementioned application.
