无针水光导入复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨无针水光导入复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗玫瑰痤疮的美学效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月笔者科室门诊就诊的玫瑰痤疮患者298例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各149例。两组患者早晚均使用薇诺娜舒敏保湿特护霜,丘疹脓疱处外用0.75%甲硝唑凝胶,研究组另外采用无针水光导入复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗。观察并统计两组患者的治疗总有效率,对两组患者的美学效果进行评分,包括红斑评分和干燥评分,统计两组患者的皮损数目,对两组患者的满意度进行评估,观察并记录两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患者的治疗总有效率97.99%高于对照组93.29%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后面部红斑评分、干燥评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后面部红斑评分、干燥评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿数目均少于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后粉刺、丘疹、脓疱、结节囊肿数目均少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后均无明显不良反应。研究组有2例红斑,对照组有3例自觉瘙痒,两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:无针水光导入复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗可有效提升玫瑰痤疮患者的皮损减退率和美学效果,减少皮损数目,提升患者满意度,且不会增加不良反应发生率,安全性较好。Objective To study the aesthetic effect of needleless water light introduction into compound glycyrrhizin injection In the treatment of rose acne.Methods 298 patients with rosacea from January 2019 to January 2021 in our department were selected.All patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,149 cases in each group.Two groups of patients used Winona Shu min moisturizing special cream sooner or later,and 0.75% Metronidazole Gel was used for papules and pustules,and the study group was additionally treated with compound glycyrrhizin injection without needles.Observation and statistics of the two groups of patients with skin loss rate,the aesthetic effect of the two groups of patients were scored,including erythema score and dryness score,the number of lesions of the two groups of patients were counted,the satisfaction of the two groups of patients was evaluated,and the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients during treatment were observed and recorded.Results The skin lesion reduction rate of the study group was 97.99%,which was higher than 93.29% of the control group (P<0.05).The erythema score and dryness score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the erythema score and dryness score of the study group after treatment were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the number of acne,papule,pustule and nodular cyst in the two groups was less than that before treatment (P<0.05),and the number of acne,papule,pustule and nodular cyst in the study group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups after treatment.In the study group,there were 2 cases of erythema.The patients were asked to use the corresponding mask.Within 1 weeks,the crust was off and there was no pigmentation.There were 3 cases of pruritus in the control group,which were improved after moisturizing treatme
