弧形吸脂针在体形雕塑中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨弧形针脂肪抽吸技术在体形雕塑中的应用。方法:将传统直形吸脂针,沿吸脂针全长进行均匀折弯,使之呈轻微弧形,用弧形针对目标区域脂肪进行分层抽吸,保证吸脂针在吸脂过程中位于同一层次抽吸。结果:2018年6月-2020年12月共采用弧形针吸脂塑形256例,术中出血少,术后出现血肿、血清肿以及凸凹不平等并发症发生率较低。结论:弧形吸脂针更符合人体曲线形态特点,即使在不同区域也更容易在同一层次抽吸脂肪,使吸脂更加均匀,手术创伤相应减少,术后效果更好。Objective To explore the application of arc-shaped needle liposuction technology in body sculpture.Methods The traditional straight liposuction needle was uniformly bent along the whole length of liposuction needle to form a slight arc.The fat in the target area of the patient’s body was stratified by using the arc-shaped liposuction needle to ensure that the liposuction needle was at the same level during the process of liposuction.Results From June 2018 to December 2020,a total of 256 cases were treated with arc-shaped needle liposuction.There was less bleeding during the operation,and the incidence of postoperative hematoma,seroma and uneven convex concave complications was low.Conclusion The arc-shaped liposuction needle is more in line with the curve shape characteristics of the human body.Even in different areas,it is easier to suck fat at the same level,make liposuction more uniform,reduce surgical trauma,and better postoperative effect.
