A型肉毒毒素辅助治疗眼周皮肤松弛的美学效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析A型肉毒毒素辅助治疗眼周皮肤松弛的美学效果。方法:回顾性选取92例2019年1月-2020年9月于湖北恩施慧宜眼科医院就诊的眼周皮肤松弛就医者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(49例)、对照组(43例)。对照组接受睑袋整形术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以注射用A型肉毒毒素治疗。观察并比较两组美学效果,“鱼尾纹”、睑袋复发情况及就医者对眼周美观情况的满意率;记录两组术后6个月内的并发症发生情况。结果:术后6个月,观察组皮肤色泽增强、睑袋减轻、“鱼尾纹”改善者占比及对眼周美观情况的满意率分别为89.80%、93.88%、97.96%、93.88%,高于对照组的53.49%、46.51%、62.79%、79.07%(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组动态、静态情况下“鱼尾纹”及睑袋的复发率分别为6.12%、2.04%及8.16%、4.08%,低于对照组的23.26%、20.93%及32.56%、27.91%(P<0.05)。术后6个月内,两组切口外眦部切口瘀痕、术眼分泌物、术眼血肿、切口红肿发生率及总并发症发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:A型肉毒毒素辅助治疗可有效提高眼周皮肤松弛就医者的美学效果,减少鱼尾纹、睑袋发生情况,进而提高就医者对眼周美观情况的满意率,且其安全性良好。Objective To analyze the cosmetic effect of botulinum toxin type A in the auxiliary treatment of sagging skin around the eyes.Methods 92 patients with periocular skin relaxation treated in Hubei Enshi Huiyi eye hospital from January 2019 to September 2020 were selected retrospectively as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group (49 cases) and the control group (43 cases) by random number table method.The control group was treated with eye bag plastic surgery,while the observation group was treated with botulinum toxin type A for injection on the basis of the control group.Both groups were followed up for 6 months after operation,and were admitted to hospital for reexamination 6 months after operation.The cosmetic effect,〝crow’s feet",eyelid bags and patients’ satisfaction rate with the beauty around the eyes of the two groups 6 months after operation were observed and compared.The complications of the two groups within 6 months after operation were recorded.Results 6 months after operation,the percentage of patients with enhanced skin color,reduced bags under eyes and improved crow’s feet in the observation group was 89.80%,93.88%,97.96% and 93.88%,which was higher than 53.49%,46.51%,62.79% and 79.07% in the control group (P<0.05).6 months after operation,the incidences of 〝crow’s feet" and blepharoplasty in the observation group were 6.12%,2.04%,8.16%,4.08%,respectively,which were lower than 23.26%,20.93%,32.56%,27.91% in the control group (P<0.05).Within 6 months after operation,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of incision bruises,surgical eye secretions,surgical eye hematoma,incision redness and the incidence of total complications (P>0.05).Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A adjuvant therapy could effectively improve the cosmetic effect of patients with periocular skin relaxation,reduce the occurrence of 〝crow’s feet" and blepharoplasty,and then improve the satisfaction rate of patients with beautiful conditions around eyes,
