辽宁省城市地理国情监测成果统计分析与应用

摘　　要：利用2018年优于1m分辨率影像数据、2018年基础性地理国情监测成果、2017年全国地级以上城市及典型城市群空间格局变化监测成果、数字地理空间框架建设以及基础地理信息数据等参考资料,完成辽宁省10个国审城市2018年市辖区范围内城区边界、建设用地边界、城市建设用地、基本公共服务设施、综合交通网络设施数据的提取,并进行综合统计分析,对城市空间格局变化情况、城市总体规划实施效果、城市基本公共服务水平、城市综合交通网络状况等进行评估。掌握辽宁省国审城市的城镇化发展历程、空间结构和布局演变过程,为新型城镇化建设、国土资源节约集约利用等提供服务。Using reference materials such as image data with a resolution of better than 1m in 2018,monitoring results of basic geographical conditions in 2018,monitoring results of spatial pattern changes of cities above prefecture level and typical urban agglomerations in 2017,Digital Geospatial Framework Construction,and basic geographic information data,this paper analyzed the urban boundaries of 10 national audit cities in Liaoning Province in 2018 Extract the data of construction land boundary,urban construction land,basic public service facilities and comprehensive transportation network facilities,conducted comprehensive statistical analysis,and evaluated the changes of urban spatial pattern,the implementation effect of urban master plan,the level of urban basic public services and the status of urban comprehensive transportation network.The urbanization development process,spatial structure and layout evolution process of national audit cities in Liaoning province were acknowledged,which provided services for the construction of new urbanization and the economical and intensive utilization of land and resources.
