土地合作社发展背景下农业社会化服务体系重构研究

摘　　要：农业社会化服务组织的服务水平影响土地股份合作社的发展,通过调研访谈发现,农业社会化服务主体提供的服务内容、服务质量和服务效率不符合土地股份合作社对农业社会化服务的需求,在供需两端出现供需不对称现象。在社会化服务体系的建设中,各社会化服务主体之间通过加强沟通合作,形成共同的服务体系,加大农业产前和产后的农业社会化服务主体建设力度,推动专业人才队伍建设,在市场信息、经营管理、金融服务、组织发展、品牌设计等方面提供更高层次的服务,建立农业社会化服务主体与土地股份合作社之间的利益联结机制,推动农业社会化服务组织服务质量和效率的提升。The service level of agricultural socialization service organizations affects the development of land share cooperatives.Through researches and interviews,it is found that the service content,service quality and service efficiency provided by agricultural socialization service entities do not meet the needs of land share cooperatives for agricultural socialization services.There is a supply and demand asymmetry at both ends.In the construction of the socialized service system,various socialized service entities should strengthen communication and cooperation to form a common service system,intensify the construction of agricultural socialized service entities before and after agricultural production,and promote the construction of professional talent teams to provide higher-level services in market information,business management,financial services,organizational development,brand design,etc.,establish an interest linkage mechanism between agricultural socialized service entities and land share cooperatives,and promote the service quality and efficiency of agricultural socialized service organizations improvement.
