乡村振兴背景下农村籍大学生返乡创业联动机制研究

摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,必须破解农村人才短缺的难题,培养一大批有理想、有担当、懂技术、善管理的农村籍大学生人才队伍,但当前农村籍大学生返乡创业面临着创业资金匮乏、创业经验不足、政策配套不完善、社会融入困难等问题,基于计划行为理论、生命周期等理论,对农村籍大学生返乡创业影响因素进行系统的分析。据此,提出构建农村籍大学生、高校、政府三方联动的创业机制,培育以大学生为主体的返乡创业实践体系,健全以高校为支撑的大学生返乡创业人才培养体系,统筹以政府为主导的创业政策支持体系。To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,the problem of rural talent shortage must be solved and a large number of undergraduates from rural areas with ideals and responsibility,excellent technology and management capability need to be cultivated.However,at present,undergraduates from rural areas are facing the problems of lack of entrepreneurial funds and entrepreneurial experience,imperfect policy support and difficult social integration when returning home.Based on the theory of planned behavior and life cycle,the influencing factors of undergraduates from rural areas returning home to start a business are systematically analyzed.Accordingly,it is proposed to build a tripartite linkage entrepreneurship mechanism composed of undergraduates from rural areas,colleges and universities,and government to cultivate a returning home entrepreneurship practice system with undergraduates as the focus,perfect the returning home entrepreneurship talent training system supported by colleges and universities,and coordinate the entrepreneurship policy support system led by the government.
