新冠疫情对花生出口影响的研究——以山东省莱西市为例

摘　　要：解决好目前花生出口存在的问题,对实现山东省莱西市花生出口高质量发展具有重要意义。通过对相关研究文献的回顾和综述,结合疫情背景下莱西市花生出口的经验、做法和取得的成效,分析了莱西市花生出口面临的新问题。从强化突发疫情下的联防联控、加大疫情背景下的政府扶持力度、规范出口管理秩序、转变出口贸易方式、加快打造线上出口交易平台、紧抓机遇积极开辟新的出口区域等方面为疫情背景下花生出口高质量发展提出了对策、建议。It is of great significance to solve the problems of peanut export to promote the high-quality development of peanut export in Laixi City,Shandong Province.Based on the review and summary of relevant research literatures,combined with the experience,practices and achievements of peanut export in Laixi in the context of epidemic spread,prevention and control,the new problems are analyzed facing the export of peanut in Laixi.Some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the high-quality development of peanut export from the aspects of strengthening the joint prevention and control,strengthening the government support,standardizing the export management order,changing the export trade mode,speeding up the building of the online export trade platform,seizing the opportunity and opening up new export regions.
