新形势下发展农村双层经营的思考与探索——以安宁市为例

摘　　要：农村的经营体制分为两种,分别是农村双层经营体制和土地承包经营体制。农村双层经营体制是指家庭分散经营和集体统一经营相结合的一种经营模式。它是一种适合中国农村改革之需,推动中国农村经济大发展的经营体制。文章就农村双层经营体制展开探索,旨在发展壮大农村集体经济,增加农民收入,助力乡村振兴。The rural management system is divided into two types,namely the rural dual management system and the land contract management system.Rural dual management system refers to the combination of family decentralized management and collective unified management of a business model.It is a kind of management system that suits the needs of China's rural reform and promotes the great development of China's rural economy.This paper explores the two-tier management system in rural areas,aiming at developing and strengthening rural collective economy,increasing farmers'income and helping rural revitalization.
