新形势下农民合伙企业发展的思考

摘　　要：伴随现代农业的发展,农民生活水准的逐渐提高,针对于农民个人抗风险能力较低,新型农民合伙企业逐渐增多,农民和企业在农村经济系统中饰演着重要的角色。股权制资本联合的农民合伙企业的成立,可以有效解决新形势下农民的收入、当地农业的发展、个人农户风险承担能力低等问题。文章以实施乡村振兴战略为研究背景,将农户进行整合,对农民合伙企业进行分析。通过其合伙企业的社会认知度、思想认识、财务管理机制、企业经济管理规范化、内部文化建设等因素,改善农户生活,为新农村的建设发展抛砖引玉。With the development of modern agriculture and the gradual improvement of farmers'living standards,the individual anti-risk ability of farmers is low,and new types of farmers'partnerships are gradually increasing.Farmers and enterprises play an important role in the rural economic system.The establishment of the joint venture of farmers with equity capital can solve the problems of farmers'income,the development of local agriculture and the low risk-bearing ability of individual farmers under the new situation.In order to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper integrates its farmers and analyzes the farmers'partnership.Through its partnership's social awareness,ideological understanding,financial management mechanism,enterprise economic management standardization,internal cultural construction and other factors,this study is supposed to improve the lives of farmers,for the construction and development of the new countryside.
