摘 要:通过制备废旧橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青,采用常规物理力学试验、老化试验、高低温流变试验,研究其与SBS改性沥青、橡胶改性沥青的性能差异。试验研究表明,废旧橡胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青在常规技术指标方面较普通橡胶改性沥青有全面提升,仍不及SBS改性沥青;但复合改性沥青长期老化后技术指标衰减幅度明显小于SBS改性沥青,掺入胶粉后老化性能得以提升;虽然常规软化点偏低,但中高温区域的抗变形能力较SBS改性沥青有明显提升;并且低温状况下的劲度模量相对较低,蠕变速率较高,具有较好的抗裂性能。In this paper,by preparing waste rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt,using conventional physical and mechanical tests,aging tests,high and low temperature rheological tests,to study the performance difference between it and SBS modified asphalt and rubber modified asphalt.Experimental studies have shown that the conventional technical indicators of waste rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt are significantly improved compared to rubber modified asphalt,slightly worse than SBS modified asphalt;but the attenuation of technical indicators after long-term aging of composite modified asphalt is significantly smaller than that of SBS modified asphalt.The aging performance of SBS modified asphalt is improved after adding rubber powder;although the conventional softening point is lower,the high temperature rheological performance is better than that of SBS modified asphalt;and the stiffness modulus under low temperature conditions is lower,and the creep rate is higher.High,with good crack resistance.
