摘  要:采用正硅酸乙酯乙醇溶液对再生粗骨料进行化学强化处理,为研究浓度、温度和水解时间等反应参数对强化效果的影响,设计了不同摩尔比浓度(正硅酸乙酯与水的摩尔比分别为1∶12、1∶9、1∶6)、不同温度(20℃、40℃、60℃)、不同水解时间(6、24 h)的18组正硅酸乙酯乙醇溶液对再生骨料进行处理,通过多因素方差法分析了3个反应参数对再生骨料基本性能影响的显著性。结果表明:该处理总体上有利于提高再生骨料的表观相对密度,降低吸水率、压碎值和砂浆附着率。浓度比为1∶9的正硅酸乙酯乙醇溶液在40℃、6 h水解时间下处理的再生骨料有显著改善,表观相对密度提高了3.56%,吸水率、压碎值、砂浆附着率分别降低了31.02%、20.49%、13.24%。溶液浓度和温度对再生骨料性能强化效果的影响显著性要远大于水解时间,反应参数之间具有交叉作用,能够进行等效调控。这些发现为改善再生骨料的性能提供了另一种解决方案。In order to research the influence of reaction parameters such as concentration,temperature and hydrolysis time on the strengthening effect of chemical strengthening treatment of recycled coarse aggregate(RACs)with tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)solution,a group of experimental combinations with different mole ratio concentration(1:12,1:9,1:6),different temperature(20℃,40℃,60℃),and different hydrolysis time(6 h,24 h)were designed to treat recycled aggregate.The significance of the influence of TEOS concentration,reaction temperature and treatment time on the basic properties of recycled aggregate was analyzed by the method of multi factor variance.The results show that the treatment is generally beneficial to improve the apparent relative density of reclaimed aggregate and reduce the water absorption,crushing value and mortar adhesion rate.At 40℃and 6 h hydrolysis time,the concentration ratio of 19 TEOS solution was significantly improved,the apparent relative density increased by 3.56%,and the water absorption,crushing value and mortar adhesion rate decreased by 31.02%,20.49%and 13.24%,respectively.Solution concentration and temperature on the properties of recycled aggregate strengthening effect are much more significant than that of hydrolysis time.It was found that there was a cross effect between the control parameters,which can be adjusted equivalently.All these findings contribute to another solution to improving the properties of RCAs.
