摘 要:为提高再生沥青的性能和再生效果,使再生沥青在低温性满足规范的情况下显著提升其高温性能,采用纳米SiO_(2)对再生沥青进行改性,研究其使用性能的变化,确定了纳米材料的种类和掺量,分析了纳米材料对再生沥青性能的影响和微观机理。试验表明:纳米SiO_(2)有机化后,其在再生沥青中的分散性和稳定性明显增加,团聚现象得到明显改善。纳米材料不仅吸收了再生沥青中的水分还与其发生了化学反应,这使得纳米材料改性再生沥青的相位角没有发生明显的变化,车辙因子G^(*)/sinδ随掺量增加而增加,高温性能得到显著提升。掺配纳米材料后,降低了再生沥青中大分子的增量,抑制了再生沥青短期老化(RTFO)时中小分子向大分子的转化速率,从而抑制了再生沥青的老化。纳米材料能有效提高再生沥青的高温性能,其中选用5%的纳米SiO_(2)改性再生沥青胶结料最为合理。In order to improve the regenerative effect and high temperature performance of recycling asphalt without loss of low temperature performance,Nano-SiO_(2) was used to modify the recycling asphalt,the change of nano-recycled asphalt performance was studied,the type and dosage of nanomaterials were determined,and the influence of nanomaterials on the recycling asphalt and the microscopic mechanism were analyzed.The experiment shows that after surface modification of nano-SiO_(2),its dispersibility and stability in recycling asphalt are significantly increased,and the agglomeration phenomenon is significantly improved.Nanomaterials not only absorb the moisture in the recycling asphalt,but also chemically react with it.As a result,the phase angle of the nanorecycled asphalt did not change significantly,the rutting factor G^(*)/sinδincreased with the increase of the content,and the high temperature performance was significantly improved.After blending with nanomaterials,the increase of LMS in recycling asphalt is reduced,the conversion rate of SMS and MMS to LMS during the short-term aging(RTFO)of recycling asphalt is inhibited,thereby inhibiting the aging of recycling asphalt.Nanomaterials can effectively improve the high temperature performance of recycled asphalt,and it is most reasonable to use 5%nano-SiO_(2) modified recycling asphalt binder.
